1. Return Policy

Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 7–10 business days of receiving your order.

Condition:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Lingerie, innerwear, and accessories

Customized or discounted products

Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Approval & Pickup:
Once approved, we will either arrange a pickup or request you to self-ship the product.

Quality Check:
After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it.

Approval & Refund/Exchange:
If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Charges:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or incorrect item.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, the return process applies.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for size or color issues, subject to stock availability.

If the desired exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
